What's wrong with Windows 8.1?

Outdated, unfinished, sluggish compared to 7, 8.1 and 10
Aside from Modern UI, nothing really. Even then you can use Start8 or Classic Shell and avoid the start screen all together. I actually like 8.1 over 7.
