Hi, is there a program which I can show it certain type of images like white pens, then it makes an image algorithm which I can use for google and it finds white pens?

Yes, a good algorithm for this is boosted cascades combined with wavelets transforms.

Can be bit tricky and takes a lot of time to train an algorithm with good performance for certain tasks (can be around 7 hours or 10 days, depending on the data and CPU), but it's usually one of the best solutions for this kind of problem.
