- rTorrent: best for DL management and online interface
- Deluge: best for ratio-cucks on seedbox for private trackers
-Transmission: for people who just want a simple, clean interface
- qBittorrent: easy to setup and use and has a few advanced options and customizations
- uTorrent: for those too afraid to try anything else and leave their own basement

I prefer deluge for seeding and BitComet for downloading. Deluge needed extensive configuration to be good at uploading in my case tho. I think that qBittorrent works better out of the box.
