I just have realised that my new mouse, except for having left

I just have realised that my new mouse, except for having left side button that I planned to use for play/pause of music, also has one on the right side.

What should I program it for?

I always program them to be shift and Ctrl.
That way you can use your mouse to select stuff without your keyboard
