Probably power, blower cards usually run pretty hot. I've seen some rumors of it gaining ~15% performance from a 5% overclock, but as learned from recent events, one should take rumors about this card with a kilogram of salt. Good thing about all the problems showing up now is AMD's partners already now what to fix.
