what is the difference between RGB and BGR? Does BGR look blurry?

what is the difference between RGB and BGR?

All I have read so far are people saying that a monitor with RGB is a good thing, but they dont say if BGR is bad.

No difference as long as your OS's subpixel rendering system can handle BGR, which virtually all of them do. It's the same photons in a different order, and they're still horizontally aligned, which is the dimension in which human vision has a higher "resolution."

For proof, take a look at a recent Samsung Android phone with a "PenTile matrix" OLED screen. It's a non-RGB system that looks great.
