Please help me build a PC. My budget is $600 max. I only play Free to Play games like LoL and some Steam stuff (Don't judge, those are my time killers for now)
Anything I should change? Is this a low-end build enough for me to enjoy lite gaming? I live in a shit hole and these are the best prices I can find (can't order newegg or anything from outside the country)

I got my laptop for $400. it's an hp probook 6460b and it's got 8gb ram, i5 dual-core and intelhd graphics. it can run csgo and all the batman arkham games. I'd recommend it for light gaming.
They have it on the best buy and staples site refurbished.

Your build looks like probably the best you're going to get in that price range. I'd look at Asrock motherboards, Seasonic power supplies, and check hardforum for people selling their used stuff.

I know I'm trying, but this is an entry level thing. Once i get a better job I'll get something better. I can't just go to work then come back into nothingness.. besides I always wanted a PC, but I'm not going to get a $2200 build right away once I get my shit straight

I was thinking of getting a Laptop since I have one that needs replacement. But I always heard Laptop gaming is terrible and if you want a "Gaming Laptop" its easily $1500+

Laptops are shit. Do you really want to game on a 15" screen? All proprietary hardware with replacements only available from one manufacturer? A shitty build in keyboard and touchpad? A mobile-series CPU and GPU with lower performance for more money?
Try looking for a used cpu, might be able to get a good deal on a part that won't likely die on you.

Any old workstation with couple xeons 5xxx will be better for "other stuff" that you won't mention in op post.
