I need a durable portable PC with 10~12 inch screen.
Tablets with detachable keyboard are memes, I don't need them.
Money IS issue, $200 is the limit.
Get a used thinkpad

$200? well that doesn't get you much if you want power. But if you want something that's sort of okay, i'd go for a chromebook (an INTEL one). You can put ubuntu on them by literally typing one thing into it's terminal and entering, and it has enough processing power to run cs:source, so it's not exactly shit for the price. They look flimsy but are pretty fucking durable, I dropped it a few times and never had an issue.

First off, get a better browser.

I can't, it's Windows Phone.

Unless used is okay, in which case get a Thinkpad
Hijacking this thread. I want a large tablet solely for reading PDFs in the $200 range. Any suggestions?

i was looking at a new comp a while back and looked through used thinkpads since I'd heard people say this exact thing. found that they're pretty shitty in specs for the price.
