It's a cheap GPU, if it works it might be worth $30

The only way it's "gold" is if:
1. You want to game
2. You don't currently have anything
3. You don't have the money to buy anything
and
4. It works
Because then you did pretty good to get a level of performance that will certainly get you by for $0.

Otherwise, as anon said, it's around $30-35 if working.
