Should I get a second hand Asus GTX 780 DirectCUII OC for 150 and go SLI or wait a year or 2 and buy a new videocard? I maybe cant sell the old one then
I'd wait, just disable nvidia's gimping features and you'll be good. Also if you think it'll be hard to sell one old card, 2 will be harder

good point
also is a custom waterblock worth the money? i kinda want it but it scares the shit out of me how a waterblock costs like also 150
>>55353613
Not if it costs the same as the GPU

Yes. 780 SLI should be between fury x and gtx1080 depending on scaling.

The 780 is a nice temporary card, but why on earth would you double-down on SLI?
that's a new level of poor.
>>55353635
yeah fair point
>>55353679
well i thought i coudl get a second one for 150 because it is better performance and looks cool
what do you mean double down?
>>55353696
>what do you mean double down?
investing in unstackable 3gb vram card is dumb...especially when the performance increase is negligible.

ok yeah i bought it when it was one of the best in the market (only ti and titan where better) but yeah these dyas you have 4gb and 8gb cards
