Why do they suck so bad?
>never meating pcie spec on any card
>overheating pieces of shit
>literally homefires
>no drivers
>stupid driver overhead issue for their nonexistent driver updates
>relying on a botnet just to lag a few frames behind nvidia

Have they done anything right ever?
And don't get me started on their CPUs
>>

>never meating pcie spec on any card
I would certainly hope they don't meat anything.

>overheating pieces of shit
>literally homefires
I thought we were talking about AMD not nvidia.

>.*

So what's it like being a shill? And why did they remove the "commercial spam / advertizement" report option on this site?

So you're saying I have to use an obscure OS just to receive driver updates from random neets living in their basements which will be worse than the outdated shit on windows?
Fuck off.

I use it for work. Which other OS can run LXC containers with ZFS snapshotting for VMs exactly? That plus PCI passthrough over KVM. Or the super useful bash scripts. Or the super great package management, along with package containerisation. Also I don't want to pay 200$ per system to run a substandard hypervisor on a rubbish OS. Infact I'm aiding a few companies to move away from it.

>just to receive driver updates from random neets living in their basements
False. AMD engineers and developers are working extensively on the Linux drivers, which even has Vulkan support now.

Yeah compiling that shit kernel every few hours for your new gpu updates must be a lot of work, I can see how you would mistake it for employment with an that autism.

Eh? I automatically get kernel updates from Proxmox Enterprise repo. Doesn't even take more than a few minutes to install.
The Debian backports has the latest kernel for free I think.

this a million times this

I was going to wait for non-reference cards or a price drop (Canada), but now I'm worried abut availability. I haven't seen nvidia shills going this hard since the 6990.

I'm going to pick one up once I can confirm AMD's Linux driver supports it.

Tribalism doesn't stop when you own ~75% of the market. These are just fanboys who made their purchasing decision a part of their personal identity. Market share doesn't matter to them, they just hate AMD.

I'd say better to wait for Ubuntu 16.10 or just update kernel when 4.7 is out and use Oibaf PPA

As far as I know it competes pretty well with the 970 with the exception of the stupid pixel rate for supporting higher resolutions.

For 1920 x 1080 though it's it's going to be great competitor.

I have a radeon hd 6850 still full driver support and my brothers old 6750 isnt even at legacy drivers yet. Last driver was the latest crimson about 7 days ago so stfu if you dont know what your talking about.

295x2 pulling way more from power connectors than it should

It's even.

Why do people feel the need to lie on the internet? AMD publicly stated the crimson beta was the final update for legacy cards.
