is cable management a meme??
>>55337509
Sort of. If your cables aren't restricting any airflow then their positioning doesn't really matter.
If you have a paneled case then no
>>55337509
I don't have a case window, and I don't sit and stare at the guts admiringly, but when I open it up to dust or upgrade something, I get a sense of pride from a nicely cable managed PC.
It's also to work inside it without a bunch of cables in the way.
Finally, if your cables all over the inside of the case, they will accumulate dust too, and getting that shit off at all angles with compressed air is a bitch.
Partially. Cable management can help airflow and make it easier to swap parts. But you can achive both of those without making it look "clean"
Its not a meme. It keeps things organized and neat which makes cleaning and upgrading easy. The autistic extreme is the meme

It's helps a hell of a lot when cleaning dust out
No, just organize your cables you filthy fuck
>>55337574
nobody comes to house anyways not like they're going to see my computer
>>55337647
>cleaning dust
>not using dust filter intakes
might as well use a console
>>55337840
I use dust filters, they don't mean your case is 100% dust proof you fucking retard.
>>55337858
mine is 99% dust free
>>55337560
Cables don't restrict airflow.
Fuck, the only real thing LinusTechTips ever proved that's useful.
