The 480 was a bust and now I have $600 sitting around ready to buy to a new GPU, what do I get. I'm putting it into my custom loop so i need to buy a new block, should I get the 980ti, 1070, or 1080? If I get the 1070 or 1080 I'll wait of course (possibly till cyber Monday)
My screen is at 1440p btw

1070

I was thinking that too, the 1080 seems a little overkill
>expecting 600 dollars worth of performance out of a 200 dollar card
wew

1070 probably
>>55328731
I was gonna xfire it and get two water blocks for $600

People keep saying it sucks but it better than ANY other new rwo hundred dollar card in the market.
>mfw people think a 200 dollar card will compete with 800 dollarcards of the same generation
I'm actually starting to believe the whole shill anti shill thing. The board slide is real.

But it's not $200, you literally cannot buy one for less than $350 right now

Maybe in Canadian dollars.

It was literally $200 for the 4GB model and only $40 more for the 8GB model. If you're not in the US, then sorry, your fault for living in a shit country.

You cant buy a 1070 for your $600, either, Abhishek.

M8 I live in Australia where pc part prices are stupidly ridiculous, and even here the rx 480 is the most competitively priced gpu at launch in basically ever.
Now I just need to decide if I want to go reference sapphire right now or wait for non-ref sapphire.
