but seriously what makes a 120mm poo fan really worth $20 when I can get 4 cooler master 120mm case fans for $13
it's a fucking case fan
The motors within them that give them a higher CFM to push more air, cheap fans are crap for a reason and sell for cheap.

Because some people aren't poor and want to pay more for better products.

The fact that on the CF fans, the bearings will get used up and become three times as noisy after two years, while the Noctua ones will work the same after five years.

You'll find out in a year or two.

My 4 year old sickle flows are as silent add the day I bought them.
Next justification?
>>55312377
wrong, the cfm on noctuas is pathetic compared to other fans, what noctuas have is they are the quietest fan you can get.
>>55312420
lucky you if you aren't lying, fans typically get louder the older the barring, some barring types are never loud, like the noctuas, so even when they go to shit you don't hear them.
>>55311959
personally i like the colors, would never find a case to go with them and not clash, but i like the colors none the less.

You wouldn't be able to tell because they gradually get worse, not all at once. Compare them to a brand new one and you'll be amazed at the difference.

I got 4 sickle flows for 7.99 off newegg, all had 5 dollar rebates. They all work perfect and are in my 3570k Pc right now. Two are strapped to a hyper 212 evo.
Let me guess, you're that retard who uses sleeve bearing in horizontal orientation?
You got memed by the poo fans faggot, deal with it.
>>55312491
I literally just bought another one for my server last month, they sound exactly the same.

>stickers blocking airflow
what
I have noctua industrial fans , had them running at 100 percent for 2 1/2 years . They still run like they were just taken out of the box . No rattling or any noise
>>55311959
Just a meme, ppl like buying brand name
>>55311959
They're quiet and last a long fucking time. $20 is a bit much though. If they do happen to fail, their RMA policy is pretty cool. They send you a new fan and tell you to just break one of the fan blades on the bad one and send them a photo of it so you don't have to ship it back.
There are definitely cheaper options that are almost as good though. You can get 5 Arctic F12's for $25 and they're just as quiet.
