It's also retarded how they put a bunch of options under "More" if you right click on an app in the frequently used section. There are three options, the menu is so tiny, there's no need for a "more" it just takes up more time to open that sub menu.

It's mostly fixed then, considering the top 3 are to be blamed on Chrome and Chrome-based browsers as the menu is styled from the application itself. The bottom 3 have the same style, and the only menu to stand out is the bottom-right one which resembles the typical context menu from windows 7/8, which probably has to do with backwards compatibility.
