I had both and was originally going to keep the Rift because fuck it but waiting for Touch is just too little too late. It just sat there collecting dust.
Maybe if they ship Touch on time it'll be worth it but my bets are by the time it gets into peoples' hands there will be something better on the horizon.

I hope by Xbone you mean Scorpio because the current gen probably won't get VR support. Also Scorpio will most likely work with the Vive as well given that Microsoft has shown partnerships with HTC using the Vive with their Hololens and demoing it in Microsoft stores.
