HELP PLEASE.

I just built my first computer and everything turned on fine. I then booted windows 10 and everything worked fine and it downloaded. It loaded up and everything looked normal except no network connection. I don't have a wifi usb so the only connection I can get is ethernet but it's not showing up at all. What do i do? (Yes I googled it, no luck sadly)
