You probably should get a basic understanding of how electricity and electronics works before you ask dumb things.
GPUs and CPUs do not give a shit about signal pollution in the power source. They get smoothed. The ICs operate in a voltage range and output in binary. It is literally impossible for them to do anything wrong as long as the power source stays within that voltage range.
Audio equipment is different. Voltage will significantly (?) affect the result of the output analog signal because the analog components are sensitive to voltage changes.

Also this guy is right. The GPUs are connected in parallel to the PSU's 12V (mostly) and 5V rail.
They're in parallel, so the only signal pollution comes directly from the PSU, and there is no voltage drop.

Once again, basic electricity and electronics.
Seasonic will recommend that you use a separate PCIe 6/8-pin power cable for a separate graphics card because it has access to a second 12V rail (if it exists).
If you look at your PSUs technical spec, you will see the maximum amperage (or watt rating) for the 12V rail(s).
If the power draw on the single cable exceeds the amount specified for the rail, then you need a second cable to access the second rail.
If you cannot in any combination of cables deliver the power required by your card, then you need a better PSU.
For reference, a 6 pin PCIe power cable draws a maximum theoretical 75W. An 8-pin PCIe power cable draws a maximum theoretical 150W.
