If you have a 1080p 75hz lcd monitor (the generic monitor the majority of people) than basically all you can ask for from a graphics card is reaching that 60 fps treshold and maintaining it. Anything in the 70 fps range will suffice.

And you can expect some performance increase in upcoming games because we know AMD cards do better in DX12.
