My PC has been having trouble booting up in the past few days and I'm freaking out. I don't know whether it's a hardware issue or just related to this update. Coincidentally, this started happening AFTER i installed that update. Though my motherboard isn't an ASUS.

i noticed my PC didnt go into sleep mode ~1 hour after going to bed. the fucking thing was on all night with 20% cpu usage and my drive constantly active. apparantly this fucking trash was downloading 6gb+ of Win10 shit. i ended up getting Never10.exe to get rid of it all and kill the services manually then restart them. it actually broke my UI at first (aero was broken). i actually thought at first i had a virus because svchost.exe was using up 20% CPU all the time even though i clearly said i didn't want the fucking update.

This problem is MONTHS old. If you have the problem, the solution is to make an easy change in your BIOS/UEFI, not uninstall the update.

When I did a fresh install of Windows 7, the WSUS service was taking 3Gb of system memory when it initialized. I ended up stopping the service because it was making windows run like shit.
