I have shit motor skills, when I first built my PC several years ago it took me three tries to seat my heatsink without bubbles.
I think I'm gonna ask my friend to reseat my heatsink and blow the dust out while they're at it, would you consider $30 a fair exchange?
>reseat my heatsink
Does this include replacing the thermal paste?
>blow out dust
Is he using his own compressed air or something like a vacuum?

You realize that many heatsinks do not even need thermal paste? it's enough that the 2 pieces of metal are touching. Don't worry about bubbles.
You dumb bastard

Yes, I'd supply all needed stuff tho.

The first 2 attempts had shit Temps, hyper 212 evo

don't worry, just focus on not applying too much or too little and it's hard to fuck up too much
just apply the blob in the middle and then attach the heatsink, the pressure of mounting the heatsink spreads the paste out and should dissipate any bubbles

My hands shake and the hyper 212 is quite unwieldy, first 2 attempts I wiggled it creating bubbles. It's just very stressful.

I'd give maybe $15-20 for it, if he was a good friend then he wouldn't ask for anything, since it is such a small amount of money in the grand scheme of things.

Calm the fuck down and have a nap or something.
