I dont care about encryption at all, but I am very careful with my phone number. If the NSA reads my chats with random tinder sluts, they cant' really do anything against me, since I dont do anything illegal, but if said random slut turns out to be a psycho, she could do quite a bit of damage to me with my phone number.
Also, my autism can't stand it to use a phone number for something else.
