Sup /G/, need some tech advice.
Getting a new laptop soon, budget aprox 1k max.
I'm no extreme gamer but I want some laptop better than my current piece of shit that can run java programs efficiently, can run minecraft, and can run steam and steam games such as TF2 or CS:GO.

Suggestions please?

Get one with a 970M, they go from 800-1,200 USD. It would be a waste to get a more expensive laptop with worse specs. Should hold up to other laptops for a long time, and they aren't hulking beasts
