Windows corrupts itself. Ever get that problem where the icons on your start menu just don't load?

Sometimes they show up as blank pieces of paper, more often they just don't show up at all, and sometimes one or two will only load like the top half of the icon. Only way to fix it is to delete the icon cache file manually because windows is too retarded to notice that it's corrupted itself.
