It's not that I don't agree with you but what other choice do you have to develop native gui applications on Windows?
Qt Creator for example requires by default Visual Studio and setting it up to use TDM-GCC is a pain.
If you don't want to develop native gui Windows applications though then Visual Studio is bloated steaming pile of spyware shit while Cygwin and TDM-GCC are GOAT tier!
