That could mean literally anything. If you have time read Windows Internals (4e is free on the Internet). Lots of neat stuff about how Windows ticks.

But, more or less, the problem is that one of your drivers is shitting the bed and causing the kernel to crash. It might be RAM, HDD, weird USB thing, whatever. Pretty much just unplug stuff until it stops BSODing.
