I haven't had a laptop in 2 years. Tablets have been more than adequate for doing my mobile computing tasks, offer better screens and battery life, and are much cheaper.

Tablets are fucking unusable. My family always uses one for browsing the web but I don't understand how they can use it. The screen is way too small, you have to use the shitty touchscreen and you have to use a touchscreen keyboard (and even if you have a bluetooth keyboard or something like that it will never be near as good as a real keyboard).
