I got an important email, but it all appears as nonsense numbers and letters. It seems to have been sent from outlook. I'm not too savvy with computers.
Anything I can do to read the email?
You should definitely try to read it and open any attachments it may contain

No attachments, just looks like some kind of language (I only know TeX and C++). I emailed the person back saying I couldn't read it, and they replied again and again it's not readable.
