What makes you work on/with tech more enjoyable?
I mean, that kind of details as music, light, time etc That lets you work or code for hours while you enjoy.
In my case, late night with good music is what I usually need only.
I need to be able to position myself comfortably. I have what I guess one would call "modes" where my posture changes according to what I'm doing. Throughout my work I'll go from reclining, to leaning in, to tucking a leg under myself, to standing, etc. I need to be able to move around and do so comfortably. This prevents me from working in places like a coffee shop with uncomfortable seating and neighbors who get annoyed by fidgeting.
As an aside I think moving around during long work sessions is supposed to be healthier anyway.
Bumpo
having a clear vision for what i'm going to accomplish and knowing people will appreciate it. and sufficient caffeine/nicotine/sugar. Those are wonderful things.

That's cool, although, seems like people don't "need" kind of stuff like music.

Not really. Sometimes I enjoy it, sometimes I don't. It's not as consistent as something like physical comfort or time of day.

I like to brew coffee in my cubicle with a moka pot and an electric hot plate.
I literally bring my moka pot from home profiles so I don't have to deal with grinding shit at work.

That's the kind of details I like to know, I don't know why. In my case is just a cup of coffee.

Well, one thing doesn't exclude the other. I need music constantly, I don't know why, I can be even uncomfortable if I realize I didn't have music for a while.
In other topic, if music, what genres?
Bring able to know when to take a break .
