Ham radio... anybody here have any interest? I've been an Extra class op for over ten years now. Field Day for this year has come and gone (for those in the US).

Homemade J-pole for 2m fed into a cheap HT I got at some hamfest. I use it for SKYWARN if shit hits the fan close to home. Homebrew vertical for 20m/40m mounted on the ground with a shit-ton of radials (my wife was not happy about what I did to the yard, but the grass grew back), fed with RG-213 into my TS-830S. I operate 20m during the day and 40m at night almost exclusively. I prefer CW, even though I am admittedly not very good at it. I occasionally mess around with PSK31 as well.
Damn, I thought for sure some sweaty, bug-bitten, half-drunken ham radio motherfuckers would be in here bitching about Field Day. I guess not.
