As much as I could roast you for this, I feel nice today. i3 is a window manager. It's great for a organized desktop and a lot less bloated than a desktop environment like XFCE or KDE. Give it a try.
>>
Xfce is my favourite but if you prefer tiling then i3 is a solid choice. Hope you enjoy anon :)
>>
I prefer XFCE over KDE since it's less resource-intensive, but i3 is better overall.

I currently use the GNU Object Model Environment, or as I've recently taken to calling it, GuhNOME

LMAO

I'm gonna end trying i3 if this spam keeps coming!

I've never used a tiling WM anyway, why should I try i3? I'll create a tiling necessity for myself and it will haunt me forever!
>>
>>55260288
you use tiling wm when you don't want to manage your windows and have a small screen.

rather than resizing a floating wm as needed.

also i3 is hybrid.

What is hybrid wm?

KDE is awful, KDE made some good software but the actual DE is honestly worse to use than GNOME. XFCE is the best DE

I thought xfce was deprecated?

No. You don't fix something that doesn't need fixing. For an example of what happens if you ignore this maxim, see GNOME.

I use Openbox on my desktop and i3 on my laptop. That doesn't change the fact that KDE is a bloated, buggy piece of shit.

KDE is the best DE. Not that I expect a WM NEET to understand but bloated and buggy memes belong to poorfag hardware and VMs

My desktop's hardware is superb, and can run any DE just fine. KDE is disgusting, simple as that.
