if ur making it to pad your resume then i think its a good idea
but if you're making it in hopes of striking it big then i think youre outta luck. though you can really influence your "success" by advertising your app and stuff.

You can find lots of jobs doing native app development. iOS is more in demand than Android is. If you just want to learn it to get rich by yourself, just make a webapp. If you want to learn for the sake of learning, then sure they're both good

Its true, sadly. I've tried both iOS and Android development and enjoy Android a lot more. But iOS jobs pay more, and are in more of a demand. People also tend to ship iOS first and then push out a shitty Android app because they have to. I blame it on the pure volume of garbage in the play store
