Whats the best file explorer on Android...
CM File explorer doesnt cut it. I then tried FX Explorer, which didnt function to my likings either.
Then I tried the ES File Explorer, but man, that piece of shit is bloated as fuck. I remembered it actually being good. Also, root access doesn't work.. because the dev hard coded the root directory wrong.
So, what do you guys use? That doesnt look like it was designed in 2006 and functions like old ES with root and without bloat.
Solid Explorer
Why do you have busy box, a terminal, xposed, 2 file managers, onion browser and as away on your home screen? Are you some sort of 1337 h4xx0r?

Its not my home screen. I like to keep tweaking tools in one place, and I hate folders.

As I stated, its not my homescreen, and I like to tweak stuff. Do you have a problem with that? Are you really that autistic? I'm sorry I dont rice my homescreen.

Doesn't matter. There is no fucking reason to have that shit anywhere but a folder or an app drawer. Your autism cannot be contained.
Ghost commander is excellent apart from the UI which is only 'okay'
Amaze
respects you're freedumsb

Shit, you got me hard. Now go tell your mom that you cant live with someone on the internet having apps on his desktop screen.
>>55249933
Dealing with the same conundrum here since the ES debacle. I'm using Amaze but something isn't right, I don't like how it manages favs and remote folders. And the interface is way too vanilla.

Hide it, put it away, do something with it.
Don't call me autistic - ask the people who see your homescreen who the autistic one is instead.

I just downloaded Solid Explorer and am pretty happy with it, nice theme(s), nice functionality. Works smoothly. The only thing I miss is the option to remount system to r/w.
Isn't SolidEx "DLC" central though? With a million of paid plugins to add basic functionalities that should already be there?
FX File Explorer is pretty based
Mixplorer

Icon pack?
I use Amaze
It works
>>55251243
Yes. It's very stable in my experience compared to some other apps. It supports more providers/protocols, too, IIRC.
pic: Screenshot of supported protocols. There's also plugins for more.

I'm sold
>>55249969

>"this app needs your IMEI and other stuff to get an unique ID and check for the trial license."
