Well it's the 24th now and it landed in Canada on the 2nd. Canada post stopped doing tracking for this sorta stuff.
I called canada post a few days ago and the lady told me exactly what I already knew - it's been in Canada since the 2nd but she was unable to tell me anything more. It was suggested a case/ticket be opened, only the shipper has to do it, receiver can't.
Normally I don't care that much, shit takes time and i'm patient, but I sorta really need a new phone since i'm using a lender that lags so much you can't answer calls fast enough (wtf android you had one job)
So yeah. The only good I can make of this whole situation is that once 60 days elapses I get my money back. a Canada post strike is looming and might happen on July 2nd so maybe....
I gather someone was saying how singpost was getting screwed at the Canadian border or something.
Moral of the story - DHL stuff that you need fast / fuck canada post.

My fake one had bad usb cable, the ends are kind of rubbery, which you could damage with sharp items, original has nice smooth plastic and feels durable.
Of course the best way to check is with the security code on the package. If it's not there, it might be fake.

Actually it seems like fake one is metallic too, not really sure (it has a few marks from wear and if I hold it in my hands, it feels as cold as original). But the edges are badly cut, the original has smooth edges.
I got refunded from my fake one though, will test with usb charge detector if it works properly though. It only charges 50 percent of my 2000mah battery, so it's very shitty.

yeah that's the entire reason I went with the free post.
I didn't really have a option on the carrier though - it was the 'aliexpress' logistics thing.
That part that kills me is that it's in Canada. It's not like singapore post is just slow as fuck and threw it on a fucking canoe and hoped for the best - like it got here fast.

The part that confused me is I called Canada post up and the lady didn't know anything more than me - I thought maybe they were just being dicks and keeping it internal to try and get folks to shell out for tracking but if they can't even access it internally that's just stupid.
