I'm pretty sure with some kernel tweaking turning brightness down to minimum and turning off USB external monitor capabilities, soldering off some led's or just shunting them.
disabling the speakers and probably even killing both ethernet and wifi you can get about 24-36 hours of working time.

Dude X260 gets like 15-20 hours if you go with the 70Wh extended battery.
