Hey friends , please help me I'll suck your dong.
I just got a new memory cars for my old jailbroken PSP, i plugged into my Mac,and it won't accept it, I have the options to ignore, cancel, or initialize, this is the screen for that last bit.
What the hell do I do though? Am I boned? I know this is gay ass thread but I'm a retard and the rest of the internet came up dry. Please and thank you

I haven't done that but would that fuck up my jailbroken stuff? Would it mess up my version or anything?
When I format it says there is no memory card inserted which was my previous problem I thought I had solved, uch, ok gonna try and remedy that again before I can even move on

See if gparted will help you. Gparted was the last thing I tried in situations like yours before I switched over to Gnu/Linux full time.
Just get a live USB of something stupid simple like Ubuntu and see what gparted has to say after you create a partition table and make a fat32 partition.

does the physical card have a lock mode? hardware lock on it?

No, jailbreak is independent of the memcard
You can format then copy the jailbreak mod to the memcars then install it

Reinsert the card in the PSP.
Format the memory card on the PSP.
Reinsert it up your Ass.
Remove it and reinsert it on your macbook.
Congrats it now works.
A word of advice just connect the PSP via USB it will save you alot of headaches.
