Is there a very simple audio mixer where I can plug in too aux inputs, and maybe with a slider or knob control the mix? I need a small simple one that I can combine laptop audio and my monitor audio so I can game on my console and listen to music or shows on my laptops.

a small mixer like the one pictured will do the job.
you most likely will need either:
>3.5mm aux to 1/8 inch aux cable (make sure its a stereo cable) or
>3.55mm aux to RCA cable
because most mixers don't have 3.5mm for channel inputs.
