My phone charges at 1.4 A @ 4V
My phone battery is a 3Ah 3.7V one or 11.1Wh. So in theory it could charge in 120 minutes but actual measured charging time tested from 0 to 100% has been 145 minutes.
Pretty good to be honest, the phone is a zte warp elite and only cost me $80. Didn't expect it to have fast charging.

Zenfone 2 user here. I can go from 0 to 80% in just 45 minutes. Feels good.
With a durbo charger ebic ~1 hour 10 min
With a non-durbo charger non-ebic ~2 hours
Protip for you all: get a 2.1A charger and anker micro usb charging cables with gold plated connectors. You'll have like 25% faster charging times even if your phone does not support turbo charging.

0% phone battery displayed doesn't mean you're at 0% actual energy in the battery. It's just the threshold to prevent damage from the charge being too low.

Oh, ok. Well in any case going from that to 100% in just 145 minutes is pretty amazing for a sub-$100 phone. You don't really expect to see this kind of witchcraft on budget phones.
