I'm upgrading to W10 soon because of DX12, I wanna use linux as my main OS and windows only for gaming, what retard friendly version of linux should I use?

I hear Ubuntu is a botnet now, Elementary OS or Mint?

elementary is Ubuntu. It's also not any more idiotproof than other Linux desktop distributions. It's just an attempt to rip off the look of macOS.
