If you don't mind playing Overwatch on low settings for 60fps, Fallout 4 on medium/high settings for 60fps, and Witcher 3 on high locked at 30fps for a stable experience, then get a GTX950.
I'm a poorfag using a GTX950 and that's been my experience with all of the aforementioned games. I suggest saving your money and buying a Radeon 480 when that comes out. It'll be much better and it's a budget card.
