Okay /g/ this is starting to piss me off.
For some reason people can hear whatever I am hearing, be it a YouTube video, Twitch stream, and etc. I have tried a few things to no avail.

Found this thread on a forum, and it seems like this fixes the problem, but for some reason I have this out dated shit that doesn't have advanced settings.
Does anybody have any ideas? I have searched for hours and couldn't find a fix.
I am using a Dell Optiplex 7010 if that is relevant.
I even tried downloading this, the HD audio codecs.

I am not sure at the moment,but there is some option that you can stream your sound to other programs, now i am phone so cant take a look. Which os do you use?
