Why does iPhone constantly have better browser scores than Android? Aren't Android phones powerwise usually significantly better? Is it because Android is so unoptimized?

1. JavaScriptCore is faster than V8, most noticeably on 64bit ARM. They're much closer on x86-64.
2. Not even Kryo matches the A9 in single-thread performance.
