How do you choose your usernames/email-addresses?
Assuming your name is taken/you want more anonymity.
Anything I come up with just sounds autistic as fuck.

For nicknames, I add ones to the end of he word until it's available: ANON1111

An email should not always be anonymous.
I also use gpg to sign off certain messages.
If you want anonymity, you just use someone elses name in a throwaway account
