Very easy. Install Windows 10 LTSB N. Do not connect to a Microsoft Account. Delete Telemetry from registry.
I have Windows 10 Pro on my main desktop. Dual booting with Ubuntu MATE 16.04. Windows 10 was only chosen because apparently having new motherboard without even so much as a true USB 2.0 port on it was too hard. Skylake stuff has even their "USB 2.0" ports being handled by the USB 3.0 driver. As we know, windows 7 doesn't have built in USB 3.0 drivers. Even Slipstreaming the driver in during install didn't work.
Anyhow. I use Linux for anything and everything that isn't gaming or a Windows dependent program.

If you seriously want to get rid of 10 your going to have to do a fresh install. Also note it may wreck your harddrive. Idky, its been happening to a lot of people.
