Light googling has revealed that zbin files are used by some program named iSafe Keylogger, a parental control program or some shit.

Try downloading iSafe Keylogger to open your shit, but from what I've seen, the sites that offer it are shady as fuck, I recommend you get a Windows Virtual Machine, copy your zbin files to there, and then try and install the program.
