No because indie games from 2011 is bloated shitty code that use nvidia goyimworks to draw spirits.
You can run zdoom and SNES9x, what more could you ask for in a work computer?
It'll probably run some things but AAA titles from 2011 is probably a bit optimistic. My work laptop has the same processor and it'll run BioShock at a playable framerate at 720p on integrated graphics.

For sure if you connect an external graphics card, without that, it'll probably be hard to run anything more graphics intensive than hearthstone.
