I've got a seedbox set up and I sure love big HD files but my home network has a shit data cap, after which I get charged for more data. I'd rather not have to manage my downloads like this.
Is there any type of place I can go where I'd be alright to stop by and download hundreds of gigabytes in an hour? I'd be willing to pay a small fee even.
problems like this warrant getting better internet. don't tolerate data caps, that's a load of shit in 2016.
trust me, even an extra $30 a month is worth it, especially for someone like you

there is no option to upgrade, I would have to move to another house

Local library? University? Internet Cafe?
If not ask a friend and day you'll pay him 5 or something and hang out while it downloads.

there has to be some FCC law against data caps or something

there are laws about how ISPs operate, but they've made convincing arguments to the FCC that some room needs to exist for data caps and other constraints on usage.

>giant ISP has thousands of terabits of data capacity
>giant ISP's also own a lot of backhaul
>somehow they can't keep up with everybody's data usage
>literally all they have to do is install more routers
the only companies more greedy are oil companies

yeah I'm thinking of this but every public wifi I've ever used has pretty poor bandwidth. Local universities need an account.
I don't think anyone I know bothers to pay for truly unlimited data, I guess I'll ask around though.
