Hey, /g/.
I've been looking for some good Linux distros with ISOs under 700mb, since I found a stash of blank CDs.

Which do you recommend?
I want to make a bunch of bootable live CDs, since I'm not in the mood of buying a bunch of Usbs.

Gparted is under 300 mb.
Hiren bootcd is under 700 mb
Ubcd is under 700 mb.
All xp cds are under 700 mb.
Older linux versions will be under 700 mb.

puppy, there's two branches to choose from, slackware based or buntu based, each branch has several community made variations, and virtually any software you want, if you can't find in in the package manager, you can find it already packaged and ready for puppy, on the forums

Arch, Gentoo, Debian (CD versions, netinstall or Live standard), Ubuntu Server, GParted, Tiny Linux and CentOS should be good.
