The PC on the floor does 2 things, it acts as a stand for my fan, but it's also connected to my TV. I remote in to it from my main machine and choose something to watch.
The Macbook pro 2011 15 inch on the desk is what I use at work and it usually lives in my bag. When I decide to use it at home I hook up a model M to it. The retina MBP is my primary laptop.
The one in the bottom left corner is actually just a corsair 750D case which was used before the Mac G5 case.
I'm not single, but this is mostly just a hobby

Pretty in shape, and I do care for proper posture and sitting. I also usually sit in the chair between 90-minutes to around 4 fours per day in the chair. It was an excellent investment. One of the few items I have no need/want to upgrade or change in my station.
what i look for in a battlestation now is something that is easy to clean, switch out parts, and plug shit in to my computer without have to move my whole desk.

Nothing. It's just good design, and good materials. And yes, you do pay a slight bit more for the branding of it, as with many things. This chair is designed for shorter, slimmer people. I'm 5'7", and 165 pounds but people guess my weight at around 145. This specific model (drift series) fits me pretty damn well.
I've sat in many office ergonomic chairs, some off brands, some as highly regarded as Herman Miller. Was never too much more impressed, though my sitting periods in them were limited to no more than an hour each time.

You have enough room for 2 monitors. If you don't need dual monitors, I suggest upgrading your keyboard there, it looks flimsy and uncomfortable.
If you disagree with me and are fine with your keyboard, the next thing I'd say is to add some posters, or shelves with stuff on them around the room. Do you use headphones ever? You could get a nice looking headphone mount and dual purpose it as a decorative piece.
