Can it resize fonts on the fly?

Pros,cons?
Redpill me senpai

Lags to shit for no reason when displaying large amounts of unicode characters. Broken delete key. Uses special snowflake termcap which needs to be installed on all remote systems. No run-time configuration. Needs patches applied to get scrollback. Does not support highlighting text without click+drag.
There are no advantages to using this over xterm.

wtf are u talking about? got none of the issues youre talking about. no, no runtime configuration, isn't a big issue for me. Ive never selected text in terminal without mouse either. its a leightweight term that applies the unix philosophy, i guess you have to appreciate that stuff to see the advantages with it.
>>55110912
it has indeed a patch for scrollback wget path && git apply patch && make clean install, easy as pie
>>55110912
Being a broken piece of contrarian shit that equates minimalism to "stuff it all in to one gigantic, tangled, unreadable source file" is not the unix philosophy.
Figures someone who can barely spell and uses the term "masterrace" unironically would be jerking off to some self-imagined idea of what minimalism is, though.

>muh minimal LOC
Zzz, xterm maintains support for legacy terminals, of course you can cut LOC if you cut features. use urxvt and shut up like everyone else who made it past sophomore year in university. Jerking off about minimalism is for people who aren't busy making things.

urxvt has less dependencies than st, negligible if any difference in memory usage, while maintaining a more flexible, and more maintainable codebase.
Just kill yourself.

>minimizing memory usage
seeing as I write software for big boy computers and not washing machines, I use as much memory as I fucking want and tell the ops team to go fuck themselves.
>>55110626
tell me why i should use it over urxvt
>>55110825
Use it with tmux for a lot of what you're asking for
>>55110912
works on my machine :^)

>tfw using st, dwm, and slock
feels gud

Post bright colors too please senpai.

With tmux just for elementary functions especially?
>>55110626
>blah blah blah muh bloat
who gives a fuck
>>55110825
Scrollback on a terminal emulator is redundant when you use screen/tmux/byobu.
In fact, having it is worse than not having it because it eats up RAM and if you accidentally scroll it fucks up the display until you reset it.
suckless is based as fuck
